We agree the scope, materials and schedule before production. Keeping our word is part of the job: we plan to deliver by the agreed date and, where possible, sooner.
You speak directly with the manufacturer. Dimensions, specification and installation questions are handled by people who know your furniture in detail.
After installation
If something needs attention, we are here
Send photos and a description if you notice a defect. We assess the cause promptly and agree a remedy. Our aim is to resolve it within a week; the specific timing depends on the defect and parts required.
