A room photo, approximate dimensions and a short description are enough to begin. We will clarify the remaining details.
Can you build from my project?+
Yes. We check the drawings and agree on materials, machining, hardware and assembly before production.
How do I choose materials and hardware?+
We suggest options for the intended use, room conditions and budget. The exact specification is fixed in the estimate.
How much does custom furniture cost?+
The price depends on dimensions, materials, fronts, hardware and installation scope. Send photos or a dimensioned plan for an estimate; we agree the specification before ordering.
Do you work outside Pattaya?+
We discuss projects in Chonburi and Rayong. Share the district and site address so we can confirm site visits, delivery and installation costs in the estimate.
When should I choose custom furniture over a ready-made model?+
A custom project helps fit a niche or ceiling height, accommodate particular appliances or plan storage. If a ready-made model’s dimensions and configuration fit your needs, it is also a possible choice.
What warranty do you provide?+
We provide a one-year warranty on FORMATEK products. Warranty terms are discussed when placing your order. For a product enquiry, contact us via WhatsApp, LINE or phone.
How long does furniture production take?+
Furniture lead times start at seven working days. The exact lead time depends on the project scope, materials and specification; we agree it before production starts.
