CNC panel cutting

We cut components to an agreed cutting plan and dimensions, for individual pieces or sets for professional installers.

Edge banding

We agree the decor, thickness and edges to be banded. After machining, we check the bond, corners and joint finish.

Drilling and assembly preparation

Holes for specified hardware, labels and a complete parts set help assembly follow the intended sequence.

Front painting and finishing

We discuss colour, texture and sheen for your project. The substrate, preparation and coating system are agreed using a sample before pricing and production.
